Our Process

Search for products

Find your desired product by browsing our categories indexes, catalogues or enquiring via phone or email.

Choosing Your Products

After you have searched for products by browsing our product catalogues, you can add the product to your quote and choose the quantity you will require, as well as any other options related to the product (for example, “Colour”, “Size”, “Battery Capacity”, etc.).

Submit a quote

When you are ready, you can send an email with all the chosen products (no payment is required at the time of submitting a quote).

We’ll Contact You

Once your quote has been submitted, we will phone/email you and will help you with any questions you may have and provide details on branding options and pricing. Thereafter, finalisation of your quote will be send to you.

Make a Payment

An EFT will be required in order to start processing your order.

Artwork

Sending us your vector artwork. We will prepare the design and help with the layout approval process. Your approved branding layouts must be signed off as quickly as possible in order for shorter lead times.

Completion of Order

Once all the artwork layouts have been approved, production process will start. Orders are produced within 7 working (minimum) to 10 working  days.

Delivery

Once your order has been completed, we will arrange delivery via our courier. Your items will soon be on you doorstep! A tracking number (waybill) will be sent to you via email or WhatsApp.
